ُEgypt is CAN Champion from 2006 to 2008 and upto 2010 ...... MABROOOK LEMASR

Alsalam Alikom,
Hello,
Hola,

How are you today??

Very Happy I think, one of the happiest days in Egyptian history,
we are the Champions .... CAN 2006, 2008 and up to 2010 ..... Ole Ole Ole Ole .... Ole Ole ....

Some Points i wanna point out 1st --->>>

Some oF Hassan Shehata's Records ..

  1. Only coach in CAN that won 12 successive matches without a defeat - MASHA2 ALLAH -
  2. Only Egyptian or Foreign coach that granted Egypt 2 successive CAN titles.
  3. Only coach in Africa that won the title with both Youth in 2003 and with 1st team 2006 & 2008.
  4. The coach that granted Egypt its biggest win over Cameron & Ivory Coast 4-2 & 4-1 respectively.

Hasan Shehata Actually Has a very impressive CV ... as in addition to the above records ..

  1. He is the one who presented the Best Team in Egyptian History, as most of the players were his own discovery, he presented Emad Motaeb, Amr Zaki, Hosni Abd Rabou, Ahmed Fathi and the late Mohamed Abd ElWahab in the Youth team ....
  2. In Egypt, He is the only Coach that qualified 3 teams from the league's 2nd division to the premier league in 3 successive years with "Ilmenia, ELSharkia and Monta7'ab ElSowais" in years 1997, 1998,1999 ..
  3. The Only Coach that trained a team playing in league's 2nd Division to win a local title, he did it with "ElMokaweloon El3arab" when he won the Egyptian Cup and The Super Cup titles in 2004 from Ahly and Zamalek the 2 polars of Egyptian football 2-1 & 4-2 respectively.

Hassan Shehata is CURRENTLY called " The Most Dangerous Man In Africa" like Mr. X .... hehehe.... :):):)

But let's not forget the role that is played by The President of the Egyptian confederation of Football "Sameer Zaher". This man knows how to deal with the Egyptian System to actually grant Egypt success following success as he also made a record of His own as He is the only president of Egyptian Football Confederation that during his presidency -->> Egypt won the CAN Title 3 times : 1998, 2006, 2008, sure this is not a coincidence ...

I believe that the reasons that helped Egypt won the title for the 2nd successive time are ..

  1. For the 1st time there is a good Administration handling the Egyptian Confederation.
  2. For the 1st time we have one of the best coaches ever -if not the best- on the head of our team who has the best tactic capabilities and knows how to deal with the players psychologically, have their respect and united them for one Goal " ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL " ...
  3. For the 1st time the coach is with the team since 2 years i.e. we had "Istekrar Idary"
  4. For the 1st time we had players that have incredible talents & capable of making a difference in our quest Like Zidan, Treka, Hosni Abd Rabou and ElHadry.
  5. & Don't Forget the most important thing --->> The players had their 1st goal is to make the Egyptian People Happy 3amalan BeKawloh "MAN AD7'AL ALSOROR 3ALA AHL Bayt MEN BEYOOT ELMOSLEMENN .... " & the Faith in ALLAH that all th players had while on the top as they never forgot ALLAH's Blessings to them ... best image and best publicity to Islam when all the players got on their knees thanking ALLAH.

So, what are Our next goals ???

  1. To win the FIFA Confederation Cup, South Africa 2009.
  2. To qualify for the World Cup 2010 and why not win it???!!!!

Some of you may think that i'm dreaming, but let's state some facts ...

  • In this tournament we defeated teams that their players actually worth 180 Euros = about 1000,000,000 i.e. 1 Billion EGPs, i'm talking about Ivory Coast ...

  • We defeated teams that qualified to world cup and made a pretty impressive results there.
  • The players we played against like Eto'o, Drogba, .... are the best in their teams, and they still couldn't manage to play against us ...
  • Cameron reached the final against France in FIFA Confederation Cup before, and Senegal reached 1/4 final in FIFA World Cup before, so why not we do better and we defeated both ???
  • We proved that talents are not the cause to win, but the spirit, the determination and the team performance are the most important , did you saw how Zidan extracted the ball from Song and he wights twice as he is and passed it to Treka who scored ???? & see How Hosni Was The Lion Heart of the team " Qalb El Asad " ...

  • We Still didn't played with our full power, as we missed Barakat, Hosam Ghaly & Mido.

Common, i believe that if we stayed the same, and improved ourselves more, we can do it, I Think my dream is legitimate ....

So, what's next to achieve our goals??

I think the most appropriate plan is ...

  • We should re-elect Sameer Zaher again next year to continue the journey with the team
  • We should sign Shehata till 2010

Now Let's leave you with Something that call for Honor ...

  1. Abo Treka granted the most Honorable Yellow Card that any Player could ever have, when he Sympathized with Ghaza, the photo that google deleted from its index after extreme pressures from Jewish Media and by that he Actually United ALL Arabs ... ALLAH YEKREMAK We YE3ZAK YA FANAN.
  2. He Also won the best player in the Final game.

  3. Hosni Abd Raboh won the Best Player in the CAN 2008.
  4. Esam ElHadary won The Best goal Keeper in CAN 2008.

  5. The confederation of African Football (CAF) has released the Best XI for the 26th MTN Africa Cup of Nations, Ghana 2008.The team was decided by the Technical Study Group (TSG) after careful observations of the tournament matches. 5 of our National Team in best XI and 2 in substitutes ... here is the full list ..

Take to you later,

waiting for your comments ...

More About Abraham Maslow's Hiearchy of Needs Pyramid

AlSalam Alikom,

Hello,

Hola,

How are you today?

As you read the title, I wanna elaborate more on Maslow's Pyramid , but before I do that I'd like 1st to dedicate special Thanks to YASMINE SABRY, who was generous enough to provide me with these infos about our topic today .... Thank you YASMINE so much , A3ZAKY ALLAH WA JAZAKY 7'AYRAN 3ANY WA 3AN EVERYONE WHO GONNA READ THIS POST AND BENEFIT FROM ....

Now, Why do I wanna elaborate more on this ???

Because ... I liked it so much as we move up through these levels unconsciously, so when we come to realize that, i.e we bring it to our conscious level so we become more able to deal with it, and even we might be more able to break this order and may jump up in levels, so I thought I should share this with everyone, so we can work together to break the order :):):) ....

Let's 1st give you more infos about the topic ... Here it is ...

Physiological Needs

Physiological needs are the very basic needs such as air, water, food, sleep, sex, etc.

When these are not satisfied we may feel sickness, irritation, pain, discomfort, etc.

These feelings motivate us to alleviate them as soon as possible to establish homeostasis.

Once they are alleviated, we may think about other things.

Safety Needs

Safety needs have to do with establishing stability and consistency in a chaotic world. These needs are mostly psychological in nature. We need the security of a home and family.

However, if a family is dysfunctional, family members cannot move to the next level because they have safety concerns. Love and belongingness have to wait until they are no longer in fear.

Many in our society cry out for law and order because they do not feel safe enough to go for a walk in their neighborhood. Unfortunately many people, particularly those in the inner cities, are stuck at this level ==>> Thanks to ALLAH we have no problems in this ...

Need to Belong

Love and sense of belonging are next on the ladder. Humans have a desire to belong to groups: clubs, work groups, religious groups, family, gangs, home country etc. We need to feel loved (non-sexual) by others, to be accepted by others. Performers appreciate applause. We need to be needed. We see numerous examples in advertising where our need for group belonging is tied to consumption of a particular product.

Esteem Needs

There are two types of esteem needs:

First is self-esteem which results from competence or mastery of a task.

Second, there's the attention and recognition that comes from others. This is similar to the sense of belonging level, however, wanting admiration has to do with the need for power. People who have all of their lower needs satisfied, often drive very expensive cars because doing so raises their level of esteem.

Self-Actualisation

The need for self-actualisations is "the desire to become more and more what one is, to become everything that one is capable of becoming."

People who have everything can maximize their potential. They can seek knowledge, peace, aesthetic experiences, self-fulfilment, oneness with God etc.

It is usually middle-class to upper-class students who take up environmental causes, go off to a monastery, etc.

Maslow, A. (1970) Motivation and Personality. New York: Harper and Row

So, From the previous Explanation, what do you think our level is??

Many of our society are stuck in the 1st level, where they struggle all day long to secure food and drink for their families ....

What about others ???

I think others are divided between the Need to Belong & Esteem Needs ...

Sense of Belonging is a very important energy and power for one to move on in life, if you don't feel that you belong to this country, so why do you bother yourself with its problems?? why to try to improve it?? why to work your best for it?? why to stay in it in the 1st place?? and this goes for sense of belonging to everything in life ....

And if you are one of those that are deeply in love with this country and have no issues of belonging to it, then you become stuck in Esteem Needs level, coz here, it is so difficult with the current economic circumstances to achieve self esteem, and it is very difficult to feel mastery on the tasks you perform as you will face problems with administration papers, routines and no one doing his/her job the way they should do ....

And so we can not reach to the final step where we can actually be creative and invent something useful for ourselves & for our country, unless we did that, we can not ever get to be a developed country unless we resolved that ....

So, what should we do now to overcome this and what to do to skip a level or jump a step up ???

1st ... I think everyone should believe in his/her belonging to this country, i don't know how i can help you in that?? but i think it is a natural thing to feel your belonging to this country, if you don't, then I think this is a pathological condition and you need to figure a way out of it ...

2nd ... Esteem issues, to overcome that you need 1st to set a goal for yourself then to confront yourself, tell yourself that no one controls your mind, if you believed in that then you can come up with creative solutions to all your problems in performing your tasks, and don't ever let others get to you, never let any obstacle stop you from doing your thing and reaching your goal ... once you do that then you can now move up to creativity ...

But, do we need to resolve Esteem issues to be creative, is it really that important ???

I don't know, but I feel that i can skip this, why wasting my time in fights and struggles when i can create and invent ?? couldn't I/you do that?? Any ideas on how to skip this level, to jump up a step???

Well, enough for today, I'll wait for your comments and contributions, there is a link for leaving your comments at the end of this post ....

Talk to you later ...

Egypt Quest in CAN - Ghana 2008

Salamo Alikom,
Hello,
Hola,

How are you today?

I thought since my Blog is just about everything, so, sports should have a big chunk of it, and What encourages me is that CAN - Ghana 2008 is currently running and Our National team is doing Fabulous work there ...

Beating Cameron 4-2 was a very nice dream that came true and made my day, we played as we never played before, did everything perfectly just as mentioned in the football text books :):) ...

1st time to press the opponent all the time, 1st time to perform the counterattack and actually score in a split second, 1st time to enjoy watching our team playing, even the substitutions were best in choice and time, and when come to Zidan "ZIZO" it's a whole other story ....

Me and my bother was following ZIZO since a couple of years when he was playing in Denmark and he did a great job there, i actually have all his goals on my PC and i always dreamed of him bringing his talents to our National Team and finally he did and what a terrific job he did !!!!

The 2 Goals are amazing, each is a piece of work and i love the 2nd goal of him and the 3rd of Egypt too much, just before he scores it, the play was starting from ELHADARY - our Goal Keeper - from the spot he scored in "Kayzer Cheevs" couple of years ago and i was saying to myself ==>> YA SALAM IF HE DO IT AGAIN AND SCORES and the play actually ended with a goal when one of Cameron's defenders cleared it to find ZIZO who stopped it by his chest and shot to score .... wow ....

But when we came to Sudan Match the performance level declined, although the 2 Gaols of "Abo Treka" are terrific goals and no one but Treka should have scored like that ...
The 1st goal he got the ball in a difficult situation, Amr Ibn ElHag Zaki - 3ala Ra2y Elkawaleeny - should have scored it but instead he passed it to Treka who was trapped between 3 players though he scored and the 2nd goal of him is
actually one of my favorites too and i think it should be taught in Soccer schools, Because what he did is not as every other player would do when he uses only his foot to trick the opponent & overcome him ... NOOOO ... He didn't do that ... He actually used his head !!!! Yes , his Head !!!??? How come???!!!! ....
He was approaching the Goal from the left side and he looked to the right side as if he is going to pass it to a team mate, everyone thought that, even his own team mate who was heading towards the goal from the right side and
waiting for the pass, but he didn't , he just scored from his angle -The very very narrow angel- Can u believe it ???!!! It was amazing - THABBET ELGOAL KEEPER BERASOH - What a Goal ???!!!! It was Just another Trick from Abo Treka ALFANAN :):) ...

Just one more player i wanna focus on ... Hosny Abd Rabboh ... He has a heart of Steel, 2 penalty Kicks, one in each match, and in each the referee repeated the kick with no obvious reason and though he scored it 4 times, changed the shoot angle every time, i felt like as if the goal has 4 angles not just Left & Right and his other goal in Cameron was a marvelous Shot too, never saw Egyptian player who shoots and scores like that before, well since Taher Abo Zaid i think !!! ...

Then to another drop in performance against Zambia, although i think it was the best match to Sayed Me3awad with his cross overs especially the one that Amr Zaki Scored - The only good thing that Ibn ElHag Zaki did in this tournament until now - But i think that we are playing according to the strength of the match and until now we achieved our goal to reach the 2nd round on the top of our group and stay in Kumasi, so no one can blame them, just wait and see ...

Actually, I've a good faith in Shehata's Tactics ability - The Coach - and in players ability to overcome any team, we may not be the best team there but this doesn't mean we are incapable of beating the best teams, being the best team in talents you have and the names you carry not an enough reason to win and review Cameron match ...

The next step now to see who is our opponent in 1/4 final ... hope to be Angola, as i don't like playing against Tunisia as they don't play football, they just use every way either ethically correct or incorrect - mostly incorrect - to win the match and they have a very very good luck as from only 2 chances they got in Senegal match they scored and equalized with them ... and if we won in 1/4 final we most probably gonna meet Cote de Voire which i think will be an early final ... but who knows may be it will be Guinea, as i said, Talents & Names are not the only determinants of wining or loosing ... just hoping that we win the cup for the 6th time in our history ISA ...

Kheles ElKalam , Wa Lel 7adeeth Bakeya In Kan Fe EL3omr Bakeya ..... Now, I'd like to leave you with some quality videos ... enjoy your time ....

Let's Start with Something Good " ELYOOM ELSA7" = " The Correct or Right Day "

Slamo Alikom,
Hello,
Hola,

How do you do?

This is my 1st post to my BLog , and i thought it should be something that could make a difference and so i choosed this .... "ELYOOM ElSa7" = "The Correct or The Right Day" ... so, what is it??? ... it is a long story ... Excited to know ??!!! :):) ... So, Continue reading ....

The idea originated in a Kinda Popular Talk show on OTV Egypt named "7abba 3essily" = "Habba Esseily" ... During Last week episode Ahmed Essiely
"The Interviewer" gave the guests the chance to chat about whatever crosses their mind, the funny thing is that all chatted about the same thing "The Living Conditions in Egypt" ... They also agreed that they don't like these conditions and all tried to suggest something about how to overcome it .... i liked 2 things mentioned by 2 guests ....
1st one was when 1 of the guests mentioned

"Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Pyramid"

If you Looked at the picture carefully, you can figure out why are we not moving forward?? why are we not developing?? why are we just stand still??
Simply because we are still in the base of the pyramid, a
nd to go up a step we have to fulfill the lower step 1st ...

2nd thing was "ElYOOM ELSA7", one of the Guests was saying we are 80 million peoples what if we agreed on a day in which we do everything in the right way ??? what if only 100,000 of us did that ?? it should make our life better, and we will feel the difference, experience the nice feeling of Rightness ...
The Interviewer Liked the idea so much and he agreed with the guest on Announcing that this day would be "The 31st of January 2008" the 1st "YOOM SA7" in the History of Egypt .... He Announced it in His Show and spread it over Facebook since he had a fan group over there ... Here is the Link if you wanna check it out http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=5472819405

So, Did you liked the idea?? if yes, Are you in ?? if yes , What do you gonna do in this day ?? Please share with me ...

... Here is my Plan for the day ISA ....

  1. I'll fast ISA.
  2. I'll try to pray all 5 prayers of the day in the mosque, 1st line ISA.
  3. I'll read extra 10 pages of Quran and an extra 10 for my Late Dad ISA.
  4. I'll read extra pages from the Book that i'm currently reading.
  5. I'll do my job to the best i can as always ISA.
  6. I'll go to the Gym ISA.
  7. I won't drive my car this day, try to walk all the day ISA.
  8. I'll do something nice for my family ISA.
  9. I'll watch the CAN matches of the day ISA.
  10. I'll call some friends that i didn't hear from them since a while and try to go out with them and spend some quality time with them ISA.
  11. It would be great if i finished the Day with some praying to ALLAH at night "Keyam Lail" ISA.

That's all what i can think of for now, I'll get back to you if anything popped up in my mind and please share with me your plan and your opinions ....

Talk to you later ...

Salam,
Bye,
Adios ....
